    Jef Staelens

    Product Lead

    Jeferson has been building blockchain-based technologies in the field of Intellectual property for 10 years. 

    He started his career at Legalstart, a leader in the French LegalTech Scene, building a bitcoin-based time-stamping solution, before joining the Seraphin Legal, a pioneer contract automation.

    In 2019, he joined Questel's Singapore office, where he led the product delivery of a cutting-edge blockchain SaaS platform tailored for managing both registered and unregistered IP rights, while contributing to the growth of the company in APAC.

    He 2021, he went all-in in Web3 to work with StartupToken, as a CPO in charge of developing Minty, an NFT platform running on Polygon. 

    Dylan Breugne

    Project Lead

    Dylan holds an Engineering Master in Software Development, and has over 8 years of experience in the field, working between France and Singapore.

    5 years ago, Dylan co-founded Maison21G, where as CTO, he was responsible for the overall IT architecture and successfully led the company from inception to a valuation of 30 million euros. During his tenure at Maison21G, he implemented machine learning, developed a complex data warehouse, and forged successful IT partnerships with major entities like Sephora, KrisShop, and the Chalhoub Group.

    Dylan is also the co-founder of the crypto podcast @when-shift-happens, handling all the marketing and growth

    Marion Millet

    Neuroscience Lead

    Marion holds a Ph.D in Neuroscience from the the University of Strasbourg, with a doctoral thesis on the molecular mechanisms of leptin transport across the hypothalamic tanycytes, conducted at the French National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS UPR3212) within the team specializing in intracellular membrane trafficking in the nervous and neuroendocrine systems.

    She previously worked as a Postdoctoral researcher at Duke-NUS Medical School, conducting research on vision and aging, where she was awarded the Khoo Postdoctoral Fellowship.

    At LAWGINEER she is in charge of Decentralised Science (DeSci) projects and leads research on Neuroscience+Law (Neurolaw).

    Contribute to Decentralized Science, a paradigm shift to empower scientific research through smart funding schemes and better IP protection.

    SpaceLaw

    Exploring the implications of neuroscience on legal principles and practices, especially how brain science can inform issues such as infringement, intent, responsability, etc.
